Over the next few weeks, we will embark on an adventure to explore hidden worlds teeming with life, where extraordinary creatures will help us  uncover the mysteries of our own inner world. Much like the rainforest itself—full of interconnected life, rhythm, and balance— our emotions, thoughts, and senses work together to shape our experiences. Through playful exploration, mindful discovery, and deep connection to nature, we will learn to understand ourselves and the world around us in a whole new  way.

I like the innerU class because it makes me feel peaceful. My favorite lesson is  the dolphin because it makes me not crash. The dolphin helped me with mindful  moving.
